Plant the bulbs preferably during the autumn in a well-drained neutral to alkaline soil. They require full sun to dappled shade in a protected position. Plant the bulbs 7cm apart with a depth of 5cm. Keep the soil moist until the plant dies off, and keep the bulbs dry when they are dormant.
